Refund policy

At Tufting Box, we are committed to providing a happy and satisfying shopping experience. If you have any concerns with a recent purchase, please visit our support page or contact us directly.

 Please note that returns must be made within 14 natural days from the original delivery. The item must also be unused and returned in its original packaging. The return shipping costs for your item are your responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

When submitting your request, please include:

  • Order ID, Order number SKU and item name;
  • Reason for the return request;
  • For any exchanges, let us know which item you prefer, and we will do our best to accommodate your wishes, as long as the replacement item has an equal value to the original item purchased.

Once we have received your request, we will provide you with the address to return the item to. Please pack all returns carefully to avoid damage during transit. And keep proof of postage.

Once the item has been shipped, please provide us with the tracking information. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5 business days.

If you haven’t received a refund after 7 days, please contact us via info@tuftingbox.com and we will take a look at the transaction status with our payment provider.

 Please note:

 All approved returns and exchanges must be in new and unused condition and must be returned with the original packaging. This does not apply in the case of warranty-related issues, such as factory defects. Shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or custom items). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. All discounted purchases are final and non-refundable. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

 Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, please take pictures and inform us of the issue. For example if it is a factory defect, or damaged during shipping. Send us an email at info@tuftingbox.com and we will replace the items.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and will inform you if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
